Our fees represent a fair value for our services. The home you are purchasing is probably not the least or most expensive one you looked at, but in all likelihood the one that provided the most value to you for the cost. We feel our inspection provides that same value to you.

The fee for a home inspection depends primarily on the square footage of the heated/cooled area of the home. The inspection fee does not include detached or outbuildings other than detached garages. Homes over 25 years of age will have a surcharge.

Inspections in Cullman County will have a $25 travel charge added to the inspection fee.
Home Maintenance Inspection! The normal cost of a home maintenance inspection is from $125 to $200, depending on size and age of home.
